Common Questions

How does the process work?

+

You fill out this form. We review it and get back to you within 1–2 business days. From there, we schedule a call, talk through your vision, and put together a custom proposal. Design, sourcing, production, and delivery all happen under one roof.

What's your minimum order quantity?

+

It depends on the product. For most apparel programs, minimums start around 50–100 pieces per style. Specialty items vary. If you're working with a tight budget or a small first run, tell us — we'll find an approach that makes sense.

Do you handle design, or do I need to bring my own?

+

Both. We have an in-house design team that can take you from blank page to production-ready files, or we can work from assets you already have. Nothing goes to production until you've signed off on every detail.

How long does production take?

+

Case by case. Typically 2–4 weeks for printing & embroidery. Typically 4–8 weeks for custom or handmade. This all depends on order size and the details of the project. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower.

Can we get samples before committing to a full run?

+

Yes. For most programs we produce a pre-production sample before the full run. Sample costs vary by product and are typically credited back if you proceed with production.

What kinds of brands do you work with?

+

Hospitality groups, restaurants, hotels, coffee brands, fitness studios, musicians, creators, fashion labels, and consumer brands of all sizes. The common thread: they care about the object as much as the occasion.

What does it cost?

+

Every project is scoped custom — product type, quantities, design complexity, and timeline all factor in. Fill out the form with as much detail as you can and we'll come back with a clear, itemized proposal.

Merch that earns its place.
Let's make yours.
